There is a 53 year old ex-con posing as an Owner Operator going by the name of Eugene Haywood (GA 057156475), looking for small companies AND OR container companies to lease his Freightliner on to.  He has NO INTENTIONS OF WORKING FOR YOU.  His real motive is to get as much money out of you as possible.  Mr. Haywood will agree to anything over the phone to get leased on, but will not adhere to his contractual agreement once he has your equipment in his possession.  Once you stop giving him money, he will destroy and steal any equipment that you have issued to him and skip town.  This man is a criminal minded individual who will inflict as much pain on your company as he possibly can.  He has no respect for authority, law and order.  Threatening to contact the authorities will push him over the edge.  He is not affraid of the police and he will hurt you given the opportunity. 

To date, he has been involved in numerous motor vehicle accidents where he was at fault, and he has no remorse.  DO NOT TAKE PITY ON THIS MAN, HE WILL HURT YOU GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY.   Any man over the age of 40, who is not career minded, making  a living bouncing from company to company is a DROP SHOT.   Eugene Haywood is a drop shot, DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE ON HIM.  YOU WILL LIVE TO REGRET IT.
