Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I have completed 6 BPO's for this company and have never been paid. They do not have a phone number for an accounting department. They will not return your phone calls or emails.
I did rush orders for them and every order was due the next day, if not sooner. They have a phone directory with lots of extensions for workers but no one that can help in the payment department.
This company should be closed down.

I Am Being Paid Tomorrow by Evaluation Solutions

I found 3 email addresses for people at Evaluation Solutions and sent them an email stating that I was going to go further than just complaining by email and within 2 hours I received a phone call. The lady told me that they had just cut my check and were sending it UPS today. They also sent me a tracking number and said I will receive it by tomorrow.
I told the lady that there were hundreds of complaints online and she said she knew that but that the company does pay, it just takes a while.
I have only been trying to recoup my money for one month, but I have been persistent.
I recommend that if you have not been paid that you need to bombard them with emails.
I am posting the three emails that I sent my request to.
Good luck to all. I am very grateful that Evaluation Solutions is coming through and paying me for the work that I performed, but I will not do any further work for them.
