They took $49.95 out of my bank account without my permission. I sent them an e-mail to close this out and they said if I did not receive something in my e-mail that it would be because of my e-mail address being wrong or I did something wrong. That however is not true. I e-mailed you and I receive notice from you but have not received anything from them.
