Ever Private Card Services Took money out of checking account unauthorized Ripoff California

I filled a pay day loan and was refused but then Ever Private Card Services took money out of my bank account without my permission. This company has done this to me and has done it twice to my boyfriend who lives at the same address as me. His Bank was good enough to stop it and reimburse him. My bank was closed and did not have 24 hour help line. It may be to late to stop the payment and this company will get away with it.

I was only trying to get some extra money to get home on and the company does this and shortens my funds even more. With them getting away with this stuff, it emboldends them to keep doing it.

I hope someone catches this company and soon as they have like I said done this twice to my boyfriend. How long is someone going to let this happen before we get it together to knoce them down and get our money back. I am trying to locate them but, this company is Ever Elusive Card Company expect when they take your money.
