 Everett Lenhart is a Texas Professional Engineer #115834 and works for Donan Engineering co. Everett completed very biased and misleading engineering reports. He omitted high wind reports and pictures of actual wind damage to property he was hired to inspect for wind damage. Everett used weather data from another city over 5 miles away in his report claiming 36 mph wind was maximum on the date of loss. The same website he used in his report to deny my claim showed 64.3 mph wind .3 miles from my property. I found countless high wind and gusts on the same website around my property on the date of loss. Everett left pictures of hail damage under overhangs out of his reports to mislead the reader of his reports as to wind velocity. Everett refused to do simple math calculations posted on Donan Engineerings own website that solved for wind velocity,based on the height of hail damage under overhangs. I did the math. 70 to 80 mph wind. Everett is not in compliance with ethics rules. I asked Everett about his bias and he said " I am the expert ". I can not loose a slander case from Everett Lenhart based on what I said in this report because my statements are true and accurate.
