This company charges your credit card and does not deliver goods. You will have to dispute the charges in order for them to do anything. I wrote and waited for 2 months....now 3 months later I finally had the charges reversed by my credit card company. They write and tell you to be patient. There is no way you can talk to anyone...just have to email them. No phone number for them on their website contact info. The last email I got 2 months ago, tells me they are sorry and are checking into it. Nothing from them since. Who needs this kind of aggravation when there are so many reputable companies you can do business with?
