Back on March 29th 2013,I ordered a robo  swepper self prepliled.I nevered recived it but was charged to my debit card from Bank of America,I also still have bank statement showing where the money was taken out.But to my surprise I never recived anything for my money.Have tried several times to reach them by E-mail & phone but nothing has worked. My E-mail from them gave me aTicket #366035,but that did no good either,just kept sending me to differant sites that don't work either,I've given up and possible get my money back.Dorothy McAlester,Oklahoma
