Eversource shut off power mid winter overnight when temperatures dropped to 26 degrees. No notice. No attempt to phone and they had all my numbers. We recently went paperless billing and they didn’t email a termination notice. They are required to send certified mail noticing shut off. They did not do that. We have freezing pipes, spoiled food, and health issues as a result of this monopolistic utility’s reckless actions.
