Everybody Rides Sold Me a bad car,refuse to refund Baton Rouge, Louisiana

I went to Everybody Rides to buy a car. (i wasnt old enough to buy it but they sold it to me) the car was a 2003 Lincoln Aviator which they charged me 23000$ for. The car had 100,000 miles,It had a 20 inch windsheild crack,the power windows didnt work,the check engine light was on (he lied and said it was a sensory light) the car had rust build up,the back window wouldnt close,the engine roared,the engine LITERALLY BURNED OIL!,and the car jerked. I knew of only the check engine light being on the car and he told me it was a sensory light. And they broke my gas cap. My check engine light problem went from being cause of a sensory light to a gas cap!!! I was slowly starting to see what kinda ppl they were so i offered to give them their car back in exchange for my 3000$ downpayment. But mr ty herbert the owner, cursed me out, he made racist remarks that was linked to slave punishment such as "quartering" he told me he would drag me until i die and how much of a young punk i was and how he wish we would have never done business with "young black trash" (he was referring to me) he is a racist and he has very bad business practice. i had to be 21 but he had mr Cecil Pritchard sell me a car anyway when their policy clearly state i have to be 21. And Cecil Pritchard lied and betrayed me. He know i get SSI benefits (449 monthly for my bad heart) so he agreed to make my monthly payment 2504 monthly. Then he called and said i have to pay 500$ TWICE A MONTH! (im not working and cant afford that and he knew that) I asked for my refund but he refused and ty herbert wanted to beat me down and he made racist remarks to me! I WILL NOT accept the car so i canceled my insurance on it and gave it back but they did not refund my money! They evil ppl and desserve to be put out of business and the car was about to break down less than 2 weeks after i bought it. I should have canceled the deal after a young caucasian lady came in crying cause her car broke down less than a month after buying it.
 
Everybody Rides of Baton Rouge is bad business ppl they dont even own some cars which is why they dont give the license plates on some cars. they undercover drug dealers too i heard. I want my refund from them and i will be far away from them and they wont ever have to worry about me sending ppl to their business. i dont advise anybody to go there. they play around with fixing warranties on cars they think its a game. They PURPOUSLZY give ppl the run around on fixing their cars
