Where do I start? I originally ordered the neon sign 2 months ago. I was told I would get an invoice that DAY. A week later I still hadn't gotten the invoice. I called in asking why I hadn't received it. I was told again I would get it that day. Still no invoice. I called and talked to Tim O'Day, the owner. He finally sent me the invoice along with a virus that I can't get rid of. The sign came a week later than promised. It was supposed to flash but when turned to flash mode many of the letters stayed lit which made it look hokey and cheap, not to mention dangerous. Black spots began to appear on the neon. Tim told me this was not "possible", that it was probably an "illusion". I sent him the pictures of the sign CLEARLY showing letters still lit up along with black marks.

Tim then stated that it was a problem with the transformers. My question was this: WHY did the factory not even check the sign before sending it from California to Florida? The SALES office is in Austin, Texas, the CORPORATE office is in Boca Raton, Florida and the FACTORY is in Los Angeles, CA. Strange right? I can't tell you how many hours I have waited on the phone for Tim or Penny
If that's the best there is....then I'll forget about neon altogether! Here's a transcript of my last conversation: I call and Jennifer picks up. I tell Jennifer that I would like to know the status of my sign. Jennifer puts me on hold. 15 minutes later Penney picks up. I say can you tell me what my tracking number is? Penney says NO, I don't have it. I say Can you find out? Penney says she's too busy and she will let me know when she knows. I ask when will that be? Penney says when she knows she will let me know. Honestly, they could just hire a parrot to do Penneys job, just repeating the same thing over and over. Then Tim gets on the phone. Tims says Hey, we're sending your sign out tomorrow. I say What happened to you sending it out a week ago? Tim says We had to make some changes. I'm sitting there wondering how many changes need to be made after 3 WEEKS. This is a sign people, not rocket science here. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE RUDE, IGNORANT MORONS, TRUST ME
