Landlords and Property Management BEWARE of a company called "Evict Las Vegas". We hired them to evict a tenant who did not pay rent and later found out that the representative from the company was working with the tenant from the property. When asked for eviction date, the representative stated, "Well if you give me $1000 more, I'll be able to get her out because I have the tenant wrapped around my finger". Because of that statement, we fired the company because we felt that we were being scammed. The representative then told us that if we didn't pay the extra money, she would work WITH THE TENANT to keep her in the property. We started the eviction back in November and because of this scam company Evict Las Vegas, the tenant is still in the property. On 12/9/13 the representative of Evict Las Vegas called from 702-592-8490 and informed us that she is still working with the tenant to stay in the property because we did not give her the additional $1000. We also did research on this company and they say that they are located on 3670 N. Rancho DR. Las Vegas, NV 89130, but we later found out that it is only a mailbox rental. We also cannot find a business license in the state of Nevada or a DNB rating on this company. www.lasvegashomehelpers.com. We have recorded conversations with the scamming of this company. They are available upon request. This tenant has not paid any rent since she has been in the unit. Since she's been in the unit, there has been numerous disturbances, including a standoff with Metro Police because the tenant was housing a fugitive. Because of this, HOA has filed a major violation against the landlord and are charging a daily fine until the tenant is evicted. Therefore Landlords and Property Managers should also be aware of this tenant. We have posted a picture of the tenant because she might be changing her name so that she could rent a unit from you. She goes by Coco, but her real name is Nicole Denise Taylor.
