I worked for this company for I am ashamed to say too long. We would set appointments for salespeople that would at all costs scam the customers into huge leases for credit card terminals. When the customers would call to complain, they either would not answer the phone or give them a runaround. These people are not very honest to my way of thinking. I am very thankful to be at another job, making better money working less hours and treating customers with respect.

Well, why would you, since the person in question didn't even give a name in the first place?

What's funny, is how you don't address the actual issues, just try to discredit the poster. Want us to give some manner of benefit of the doubt? Supply real meat to counter the report. It's that simple.

Otherwise, all we can truly look at is the original report which lays some serious issues at the door of your company.

Time to step up and address the issues.
