We signed up with EVO Merchant Services to be able to except Visa and Mastercard and debit cards. We were sceptical because of how hard they pushed us to sign the paperwork. Everything they told us was a lie, everything ! From the equipment price, to the minimum fees and rates to "there's no contract", It was all lies !!!! I went to file a complaint with the South Carolina Better Business Bureau, only to find out that EVO had 13 complaints in less than 1 year but incredibly the BBB had given them an A+ rating. Obviously, the South Carolina Better Business Bureau is asleep on this company. Buyers beware of EVO Merchant Services !!!!!

Are you kidding me Christian ! Customers call bitching at us all day every day ! Wake up and stop dreaming ! And we do have numerous complaints with the BBB. Stop the BS and straighten your company out dude !!!!

After searching our extensive database of all our Summerville customers no Francine exists, either as a first or last name. This person also did not name their business.
Most likely Francine is a fictitious name and this report was filed by some of our small local competition which is trying to discredit our spotless reputation.
This isnt the first time this has happened and probably wont be the last. We find it strange that NO complaints have been filed with the Better Business Bureau and that Francine has not contacted our office or our customer service department. We give this complaint no credibility, NOR this site.
