Sales rep named Keith Palomares, been in contact with me for 2-3 weeks for my ECIG merchant account for my website.
Promised me all kind of things, ne fees, etc. I asked numerous times if there are any hidden fees or charges and was told there are none. Received the contract and first of all found out i'm signing with a company named EVO which wasn't mentioned before. At least 8 additional fees that weren't discussed. He tried to make it seems like it's normal, after I specifically asked if there are any and he said no repeatedly.
When I confrunted him about that he simply said that maybe it's not the right company for me to work with, goodbye and hung up. He straight-up lied to me. This is how he signed his emails:

Hi. I run a online vapor commerce site in Las Vegas.
My company account is under the care of BR Merchant Services.
I know Keith from doing business with him.
He has always helped me and my company out if and when there were any issues. Which in the 1+year time, has been only once incident which involved PCI compliance.
I did not know how to get the cert and become PCI compliant and both Keith and his partner both diligently helped me out in getting the issue resolved.
I am with Sage Payments through BR Merchant Services and thanks to Keith and his team, I am a VERY VERY happy customer.
I highly recommend Keith to any of my colleagues and Keith and his team are far from being any type of scammers.
Sincerely,
J Williams

Itai's Complaint

To Whom it may concern I am Keith Palomares. I did send Itai a merchant account application per his request for an E-cigarette website he intended to launch. This is considered high risk for credit card processing and there are higher costs then a standard merchant account which I explained to him as well as outlining all of the fees that apply. I again went over the application with him while he was on the phone while we were both looking at the application together. He was not willing to pay a minimal $29.00 annual fee, a monthly PCI compliance fee or be subject to any term. My term was only 60 days. I did explain to him I could not get him the free account account he wanted and rescinded his application. I am sorry that I wasn't able to earn his business but everything was disclosed to him not only verbaly but in writing. In no way whatsoever was he "ripped off" we just weren't able to come to terms.
