First off I did not check their BBB rating prior to my purchase. Only after when I started having problems I did, and it was no surprise that they were an F!
I purchased a $480 phone from them, and after delayed shipping I did receive the phone. Within the first week it turned out to be pretty defective so after another week I got it sent back out to them. After 2 weeks of nothing I got in contact with them again, they delayed a response for another few days then finally sent me out another phone. After a week of that phone it started show the same signs of a defective phone so I contacted them about it and heard nothing. In the meantime I continued to use the phone until I would heard back from them and a couple weeks later it crashed and failed to start up.

I contacted them and said they couldnt do anything but to repair it. So I would be without a phone for another couple weeks and then pay to repair it. They had told me prior to purchase that I had a manufacturers 90 day warranty, and when I called LG they told me it was void. I had also purchased extended warranty through Squaretrade, and they just told me to contact the company, and voided out the warranty. Its a bit ridiculous thats this phone that lasted a month, thats costed me half a grand, is now completely dead and between three companies noone can help me.
I would not buy a phone through ewirelessexperts.com again, they do not stand behind their products and are very dishonest. Even having insurance on your items doesnt mean anything b/c apparently they can just refund you what you paid for the insurance and act like you never had any. And LG in America, doesnt touch LG products in Europe. What kind of international phone is that?

And why didnt I know all this information prior to paying my savings on this expensive phone!!

Please post this complaint on Amazon.com.  I started to purchase this service based on the reviews that are there then I came here and saw all the complaints.  On Amazon this company has five stars and no negative reviews.  Please help other know of your experience.  Thank you

Sorry to hear about your unfortunate incident. 

First off, MOST of our phones have either a 90 day or 1 year warranty through the manufacturer.  Since some of the phones we sell are world/international phones, the warranty will need to be utilized in the country of origin.  This is one disadvantage of buying a foreign phone.  Just because you paid $480 for a phone does not mean it will not have any defects.  You can buy a phone for $100 which can last you 2 years and spend $500 on a phone that will last you only 2 months.  It is all relative.

You say "pretty defective".  What do you mean by that?  "pretty"?  Did it not turn on?  Was the display defective?  Did the phone have a defective speaker?  Please be descriptive.  Your language doesn't make sense.  The 2nd phone started to show the same signs of a defective phone? Maybe you did not know how to operate this phone?  It is EXTREMELY RARE that a replacement of the same model will have the same defect, probably 1 in 10,000 cases. 

Why would you use the replacement phone after realizing that it was defective?  This doesn't make any sense.  You also don't mention the model of the phone you purchased anywhere in your complaint.

This looks like a bogus complaint and a wasted attempt at making our company looking unprofessional and dishonest.

Don't buy from The Ewireless Experts

The company is quite dishonest. They will charge your credit card first then tried to find some dishonest reasons to delay your order. (Even the item shows In Stock and usually ship with 24hours on their system)

Very bad customer service. Never return my emails. And it is very hard to phone them. I think this one is a "one man" company. So don't even think that you can get support from them if you buy the phone. 

Even you want to try this company, never waste your money to buy warranty. If your phone got any problem, they will just void your warranty and just return the money you paid for the warranty. That's their trick. 

Be aware about this company. Don't buy the phone from them or you will waste your time and money. The BBB rating of this company is F.

It's unfortunate that you had such an experience.


I just purchased a pretty pricey phone with this same company and in terms of their customer service I'd have to say that I have had no problems.  I am overseas and understandibly the item will take slightly longer to be received.  I emailed ewireless three days after my transaction and received and email as well as a call to my residence.  The representative called at 5:30am, and then called again at 10:00am when I was available.  He made sure that the phone was compatible with my carrier and gave me an exact ship date and even suggested how it would be mailed to me. 

I look forward to my new phone and am comfortable knowing that if i should encounter any problems, a professional and pleasant representative will be available.


I also am well aware that purchasing FULLY UNLOCKED phones could easily VOID any warranty from the Manufacturer.  =)
