EX-csi scam,rip off, con Internet

Was desperate to find out information on my daughter who holds her phone every minute of the day (most kids do now). Out of desperation and panic I read about this ability to monitor the phone with actually having the phone in hand (Remote something or other) on their site....too good to be true. The files are all zipped and they apparently take 2 days to download and there is the small issue of having to jailbreak your phone(Mine can not be). The entire process was way above my head, they charged my credit card immediately, of course and I figured out it was a scam shortly after. All I can do is dispute it with my credit card company as a scam and report that there is no way that they can actually provide me with the service as promised. I hope that works!! Now I get to worry about something completely different tonight, yaaay me!! Dont buy this software, there is no possible way to use it and it puts your computer at risk as they tell you that you have to disable your anti virus progam.
