ExactWatches.com Mailed me defective merchandise, the wrong merchandise, won't return my calls and ignoring my emails. Will not stand by return or exchange policy, HUGE HEADACHE. Don't waste your money!!!!! Internet

I purchased two Breitling watches from exactwatches.com. Before I purchased them I spoke to their online customer service. I asked slot the watches, return and exchange policy, shipping information, etc...

They sent me the wrong watch, the right watch they did send me broke and was a piece of crap and wasnt even the right colors that was shown on their website. It broke in a couple weeks. After spending a good amount of money they said the only thing they are willing to do is offer me a discount on my next purchase. You got to be kidding me!

Why would I spend a single dime with this company again?

The only justice I can get out of this is keeping anyone from spending a single penny on their crap merchandise.

Up until they got their money all lines of communication were cut off. They got their money and now want nothing to do with me. They won't answer their phones, they won't email me back, and recently changed their return policy and exchange policy on me. Go figure. Please look at pictures I attached.

The broken band. It completely fell apart. No wear our tear my butt!

The dial broke and fell out. Also look closely for the two little arrows that fell off the watch.

This is how they wrap their watches. Cheap box tape and cheap padding. Crappy.

Lastly from their wrapping job, it ruined the watch band, look how g itent is, also I didn't even order that one.
