Excel Pharmacy rip off , I think India Other

I got a phone call today from a man I could not understand very well wanting to know if my husband wanted to place a medication order. My husband is not on medication that I know of & I verified this when I called husband.

I told this man that husband was not on medication, he stated that husband had placed an order on 8/4/06 & said something about what it was, but I could not understand him. So I got the phone number to call him back 800-675-4121. When I called back person answering the phone was more understable to me. I tried to get them to look the order up by last name & first after having to spell it 3 times. Was told couldn't look it up by name could they have his email address. I refused and hung up. I am very leary of calling India much less doing business with anyone in India.

Has anyone every heard of this and is it a rip off?
