Tip - check using phone #'s, addresses etc., NOT just the name of the company.
"Brian Davis," the "supervisor" for "Claudia," got on the phone to close the deal and told me to come to this site to check them out!!! He also told me to go to the Better Business Bureau site and even mentioned what I already knew about the BBB. The BBB members pay and, well, when you pay you help make the rules right...Really funny. Talking to me while I am telling them let me look on the web, and the questions I asked as well as my not getting excited at any time when they mentioned obscene amounts of money for what seems little to no work (they are REALLY vague about what you will be doing) perhaps might have clued them that I would do this.
How did they get my number to call and offer? Well, I did NOT expect to get rich quick with little effort. I went to the 32venture.com website to check it out and wanted to ask my investment mentor if there were any legitimate companies out there where I might be able to make small amounts on the side for seed investment monies.
I got something from them via e-mail but ignored it because I wanted to check things out first.
They called, and it is basically the same thing as listed in the Eli Wheldon complaints. I believe they are the very same people. It is basically the same pitch and you are more than welcome to call them back after researching the price will be $990 for the web site, domain name and "advertising coach," plus $19.95/month web hosting fee and they are only selling 1000 so as "not to saturate the market" and they are "at 926" right now. But, if you choose to go ahead and do it on the first call it is $495 for everything. I went ahead and put it on my credit card, knowing I could cancel/dispute and would continue searching after he hung up since I found nothing while on the phone with them. I also did not find any of the web sites whose names that were "already taken."
Before I found them on here I checked at bbb.com. There are several businesses listed under the same type with multilpe addresses and owners, some of the owner names appear to be unverified. None of the businesses are members of the BBB.
The phone number they supplied me was listed in the BBB report as no longer a working number, and that they were no longer at the address (there were multiple addresses even in the BBB report for one business). I found several "home based businesses" at different suites within the same strip mall type building address. The BBB listed them as out of business and the file was opened Spetember 2004. When I called to have them reverse the charges before their stated closing time, the number that Brian gave, 800-794-0388, for me to call whenever I had a question..I got a machine each time.

Company now advertises with web address www.28venture.com via television.
I checked the domain names that they supposedly had sold already and most are still "in construction." I tried the 800 number several more times about cancelling and left a message for "Brian" he did not return the call nor was the order cancelled, so my credit card company has put it in dispute. I cannot say whether the system they claim to track in order to give you a percentage of the orders received at the actual pharmacy's site work or whether the pharmacy is reputable or not (nor do I intend to find out as they are just too high risk what with going out of business and switching names etc.)
I will find out what they try to charge for the advertising coach which was supposed to be included in the package, when I call back "David Bartlett" the "advertising coach" who left messages while I was at work. I will post again after that.
I also received additional phone calls wihout any message from Pheonix/Tempe area codes (dependent upon which directory you use to look it up). I don't know anyone else or have any other Tempe related connections.
By looking up the phone number under a yahoo/google directory search I also found a job listing pasted below:
