Excel Propery Management Discourteous and lack of communication Raleigh North Carolina

 My son lives in a Disabled apartment complex in Wilmington, NC that is directly affiliated to Excel Property Management in Raleigh, NC There is another tenant in the complex who has threatened to kill him and these people could possibly be trafficing. The tenant has ties to the local Apartment Manager so communiction to the manager could be dangerous to my son. I have tired many times to call Excel Property Management in Raleigh, NC with no success. You cannot reach any person directly, apparently no receptionist. I have left numerous phone messages to have someone return my call. I found the list of owners at this site online and I left a voice message for the owner, Ann Hanson, who also has not returned my call. I want to find out who OWNS the complext my son lives in to report this tenant. The complex needs SECURITY lights put on the buildings, especially in the back of the complex where it is completely dark. The tenant who is living in this complex needs to be removed. My son is living in fear in his own apartment because of this tenant. He has overheard this tenant talking to someone in their apartment about breaking into my son's apartment to get his medications and to kill him. I have contacted local law enforcement but was told they couldn't do anything until something happened. I don't want to wait until my son is broken into and killed to have police react.
