Excellent Sales Team USA SCAM!!!! Will not process cancellation request or return money Queen Creek, Arizona Nationwide

Excellent Sales Team USA,

I had an individual come to my front door and asked me if i wanted to buy any magazines to help him out.

He gave me the typical sob story of how he grew up in the inner city and needed money to change his life.

I figured since he was out working and enduring the 100 degree weather i would give him a chance. 

I listened to his pitch invited him in and started looking over the magazines the Excellent Sales Team USA had to offer.

I decided to purchase the outdoor photography magazine thinking that my wife would like those. 

Well long story short she got home and didnt want any of the magazines i had picked out so she decided to cancel them.

She faxed in the cancellation order the next business day. The company has the fax number and the phone number swapped on the receipt so it is difficult to fax in the cancellation order at first. Luckily my wife figured it out right away and still sent the fax to the right number. Then started to try and call the company. She was able to speak to an individual once who said that she needed to see proof that she canceled the order. That lady gave my wife a different fax number to send the fax to.

Since then (its been about 4 weeks) we have not been refunded the money (even though the receipt says that it would be refunded within 10 business days) we have called Excellent Sales Team USA multiple times with no answer. We have left messages every time and still no one has called us back. 

We would just like someone to give us a call back (return our messages) and let us know where our refund money is.

This company is horrible to try and contact. The lady we talked to was very nice and proffesional but the company as a whole is impossible to contact and they dont return any of our calls.
