Liz Seither has hit a new low in her recent allegations against the respectable family owned business of Sun Trade Publishing.  I am not an owner or affiliated in any commercial way with Sun Trade Publishing but I know the owners to be respectable, ethical and compassionate business people.  Liz, on the other hand, has been deceptive, arrogant and untrustworthy in every business dealing I have had with her from buying a property in the 1990s to listing property with her after the turn of the century.  I will not work with her again and I find her recent activity of posting false claims against these good people to be reprehensible but in line with her sub standard character.

It is due to this lack of integrity that Ms. Seither finds herself banktrupt and in foreclosure on virtually every property she has been involved with.  It has been my experience that her offspring have also been tought to be deceptive in their business relationships.  I know former employees of hers that concur.  It is another in a long line of disgraces that she slanders the good people of Sun Trade Publishing and the Sand Key Sun.

Anyone who lists a property with her or purchases a property through her does so at their own peril.
