I WAS CONTACTED BY THIS DISGRACE OF A WOMAN WHO GOES BY THE NAME OF RHONDA SCNICER..FIRST A PUSHY MAN NAMED JOHN GOT ON THE PHONE TO TELL ME HE HAD A BUYER FOR MY CASA MAYA.. I WAS TRANSFERED TO THE DIRECTOR RHONDA WHO AT FIRST I ALMOST HUNG UP CAUSE SHE WAS VERY PUSHY AND RUDE SOUNDING..I GAVE IT A SHOT AND LISTENED TO HER LONG LIST OF TOTAL LIES BUT I FELL FOR THEM AS I DID VERIFY THE WEBSITE..I GAVE HER 1225 YES 1225 6 MONTHS AGO WHICH SHE PROMISED I WOULD HAVE A RENT CHECK IN MY HANDS IN 30 DAYS AND THE CLOSING WOULD BE IN 45 DAYS..
WELL GUESS WHAT..NONE OF THIS HAPPENED AND WHEN I CALLED BACK SHE GOT VERY RUDE AND DENIED THE FACT THAT SHE TEN HAD A BUYER..
DONT EVER DEAL WITH THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY AND I DID REPORT RHONDA TO THE DEPT OF AGRICULTURE AND THEY ARE INVESTIGSATING THE COMPANY AND RHONDA AS THEY HAVE 124 COMPLAINTS IN A 30DAY PERIOD..
BUYER BEWARE AND RHONDA THERE IS A SPECIAL PLACE IN HELL FOR YOU!!!!!
