exede high speed internet sales rep lied to me , Internet

I had recieved a flyer in my mail,my son been wanting high speed for several years we live out in the county have no cable.So I called and ask would it work for ps3 he said yes it would, his extrension is 153 at 18556271384. My son was so very excited. So i gave them my bank card number they took 49 dollars out and some change. When the poerson showed up he said he can't put it on our roof so then I had to pay 80 dollars and some change, he showed my son how fast it was on this man laptop so he left. my son got on his ps3 not fast enough to work ,so we called the same day Sept the 8th or ninth they sent out techs out. they said its not for ps3 so I called exede again told them i want my money back. she said it be put back in my bank-it was not.

 as of today instead they took out 59 dollars and change so like I paid out almiost 200 dollars it like what do I do? Do I just wait for maybe them to take even more money out of my bank especially when I was lied to I had trusted them or I wouldnt of gaven my bank info. but you know what made me even more overly peed the fact I was calling for my son my teenager I had to see his heart break and upset!!!!  I want my money back and that man needs to be fired!!!! thgey claim conversations recorded well bring up that conversation you hear he lied to me say excede would work for ps3!!!!!
