 Ordered a "samples" of 2 skin creams - 14 days later, I saw that I had been charged $89.31 and $87.47 . Called to remove charges - They say that it was a "trial" not a sample - they will not let you speak to a "higher" authority - I sent products back and requested a refund - did not happen. They suggest on their site that Joy Behar is sponsoring the product., which is what makes the cream seem legit - Canceled any future dealings - .Oh well, lesson learned - A month later, I receive another jar, and see they have charged me another $93.46 - called and was told that pevious "agent" forgot to cancel 1 of the jars - Was told they would refund my money but has not yet happened. They have 3 separate names, and 3 different phone #s.
