Exodus Cymbals Inc. took my money and never delivered my product . Big Bear City California

My name is Stefano and i was offered an endorsement 'deal' through Exodus Cymbals, what this means is i get to purchase their cymbals at a discounted rate. On January 7th 2013 i purchased a full drum set worth of cymbals from said company, this included two crash cymbals a ride cymbal and a set of 14" hi-hats. The total bill was $719.33 US.

 Cymbals did not come so i engaged in correspondence with Exodus cymbals artist relations’ manager "Alex Skinfill" regarding the delay & even the owner was involved. The reason they gave me was "customs issues". I was incredibly patient and accepted this answer even though it went on for months & months. I was given confirmed date after confirmed date to no-avail and always reassured they were on their way and would be delivered at a specified date.  These dates were NEVER met. 

 After multiple emails and phone calls & even a dispute through pay pal which i eventually dropped because i was told i was impeding other clients from purchasing cymbals and was again reassured i would receive mine at a specified date.  Like a sucker i gave them a chance to rectify the situation, i removed the dispute & waited.  10 months went by and i finally received my shipment, although not complete. The 14" hi-hats ($195.82 US) were not shipped.  

 Once again i contacted Alex and was met with resistance, i was told the warehouse was currently out of those specific hats and they would be shipped as soon as possible.  This seemed very familiar to me but i was again trying to understand and be patient. As months went on; again i was dealing with the false shipment dates, over and over again. A total of 5 more months went by and still no hi-hats!  i have now been waiting 1 year and 4 months for my complete shipment to arrive.  This is not how you run a business.  *Side note: My endorsement contract is only 2 years. 

 Finally sensing my frustration Alex offered to refund my money, which i accepted.  It is now April and i am still waiting. They have cut off all email and phone contact with me.
