Company promises easy to use quizes, guidance, connections, strategies and provides very little and inferior coverage of some categories and none at all of others.

They told me I was signing up for a full 7 days service with their compliments with the right to cancel. I had subscribed to their emails and  had been considering it a long while.

On accessing the site it did not have any at all of much of promised content so I cancelled straight away after searching for the very clearly promised content that interested me and finding it completely not provided at all in any form.

They billed anyway, and immediately. When I cancelled I was told by the site confirmation of cancellation would not be sent to me, so I suspected fraud as I could not prove to visa I had cancelled. I cancelled my credit card but they had already put the payment through.

Re: Organize Yourself Online

AUTHOR: TM - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, March 10, 2013

I was really sorry to hear about the gentleman who had so much trouble with the organizeyourselfonline company (experience publishing inc). I have found their services very helpful and very indepth.

I am a pretty organized person to begin with. And I have a lot of energy. So I signed up looking for ways to streamline that energy into more order in my life. I have found so many suggestions and tips and reading material and homework to do that I am having a hard time keeping up.

It is too bad that this other gentleman had such a tough time with this service because I have never seen anything found any other kind of program so rewarding. But then again, I am putting in the work. I am taking the steps they suggest. And it is very hard to keep up with.

So, I just wanted to write and say I think that experience publishing inc, or rather, organize yourself online is great.

refunded

AUTHOR: unhappyconsumer - (Australia)

POSTED: Friday, February 19, 2010

I have recieved a refund (very fast , thankyou) and am very happy.

I am sorry I didnt go for the personalised help. I obviously needed it.

I think in this case cultural difference may actually be a big part of the culprit.

I am contacting the people to let them know the things I was expecting and I have a feeling they will add them to the site:>

update

AUTHOR: unhappyconsumer - (Australia)

POSTED: Wednesday, February 17, 2010

It looks as though I did interperet the verification as attempt to take funds. My apology.
The funds later taken may have been a result of a misunderstanding about my cancellation?  Company has not yet responded to my enquiries. I also look forward to a resolution of this matter.

I suggest responses be made to enquiries about site content made on the forums:>

Small business with excellent customer service

AUTHOR: ExpPub - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, February 17, 2010

Experience Publishing, Inc. is a small New England-based creator of educational and self-improvement services dedicated to improving people's lives.

Since 2004, we have pursued an ongoing mission: To take difficult new habits and concepts and break them into actionable steps that you can realistically accomplish.

We are committed to providing learning opportunities and customized approaches to life's most challenging aspects.

Experience Publishing is the exclusive provider of the OrganizeYourselfOnline service.

This service offers personalized guidance to getting organized -- that is, if our basic material does not help you, our team of experienced professionals will.

While we would never bill before a trial period is complete, we do authorize credit cards to make sure they are valid before a customer starts the program.  While this is not a charge, it is possible that the customer writing saw the authorization and interpreted it as an immediate charge.

It is not clear why a confirmation of cancellation was not sent to this customer. We typically do this as a matter of policy, and it should have happened in this case.  We are investigating what might have happened here.

As a matter of practice, we have a generous refund policy and guarantee satisfaction to every customer.

From the information we have, it seems clear that this customer did not make full use of the personalized services offered, but also was not communicated with properly by us on the request to cancel.

We look forward to making this situation right and providing you with the very best possible service.
