Explaindio llc, Andrew Darius, Vidently Commercial, SocialVideoTraffic, Social Video Traffic, Explaindio 3.0 Video Software, SCAM Explaindio do not Refund when you ask New Jersey 

EXPLAINDIO COMPANY IS SCAM

I first purchased video software Vidently Commercial from Explaindio in 2018 and found it not terribly useful without buying a lot of upsells which I didn't do. It was also very complicated and difficult to use. (I have a complaint pending with the FTC over this as I feel it borders on fraud).

I had to buy upsells that would give me templates for creating animated intros and outros and another product was for creating transitions. The ones they show in their sales letter needs upsells to accomplish. You learn quickly that everything you do with Explaindio requires an upsell.

Vidently Commercial from Explaindio caused the computer to freeze up and the software had to be closed and reopened (control alt delete) and computer restart so all my work was lost. The animations clearly were not templates - though complex animations, the ones I saw were nothing I would be able to use for business video which I bought this for.

An upsell I got "Social Video Traffic" (a.k.a SocialVideoTraffic) is a SAS online and needs extended effort to setup in order to use. I could not make it work so I gave up to this software from explaindio as well.

I ask for a refund explaining the reasons and they refused in PayPal to refund. So the case now is at my bank for a chargeback. Despite the fact they can disable my access to both their software remotely and refund my money they don't.

I would not recommend Explaindio to anyone who wants to create a video without a lot of trouble. And also note that all the reviews online give them glowing praise but are by affiliates who make money on selling the product or the company themselves.

Also, I noticed that most of their software are revisions of their old version with another name or version attached to the brand or with a new name such as in my case.
