Book value: 3600 Sale amount: 11,000 Will not call you back after the sale Predatory lender!! Please do your homework and go somewhere else. These guys WILL take advantage of you and are clearly not interested in customer retention. Folks, I know that having bad or no credit can make it frustrating to buy a car, but there are so many more options or dealers available.
