 bought a 2012 Ford Taurus 2 years ago this March. When i purched the vehicle my wife and I were told after 2 years we could trade it back for up to 1000 dollars towards another vehicle. I just called them to discuss a possible trade for us. I was told that we were about 5000 over what they would consider trading value. They will apparently lie to you just to make the initial sale. We had to use a buy here pay here lot and chosse them because of their promise of a trade in after 2 years. I urge you not to trust them in what they promise. And when their payment center charges the wrong account after you have submitted a request for different method of payment they will not use the proper account until you pay them with charges applied.
