Expresscameras - Expocameras Bait and Switch Alert on camera equipment ripoff Internet

Tried to order a Canon 580 II flash for my daughter who is a professional photographer. She specified just what she wanted. I searched and found a good price on these site. Ordered it from expresscameras.com - never got an email confirmation. Did get a call two days later to indicate that they "needed more information".

Called Kevin back who asked for the same info again that was in the order (financial info) and proceeded to try to sell me a different product that was superior in his opinion. I declined and told the guy just ship the product as ordered. He got really hostile and condescending saying "if you want an infereior product -fine".

Still confirmation email - I called a few days later and found out they had cancelled the order without informing me because it was "backordered 6-12 weeks". Yet today they still listed it - cheaper price even as in stock.

Clearly a bait and switch. expocameras.com is clearly the same company with the same no-location info - same web design and the same isp and isp location. Names changed - same site. I have informed the ISP also.
