Extreme Acaiberry offered a free trial of their product for $1.00 shipping and handling. However, if you don't look for the small print and read the agreement that they have you will be scammed for much more.

After reading their agreement that they would charge you $29.95 monthly if you did not cancel within 14 days/I immediately called their number at 1 877 350 8480 and cancelled. I cancelled within minutes of placing the order. I also sent a certified return receipt letter the following day to confirm the cancellation of the order. I received the certified receipt back signed by someone as having being received. I considered this a done deal.

However, when I received my credit card statement, I not only had a charge of $1.00 but a charge of $29.95. I had never received any products from them. I tried calling the company but received either a busy signal or no answer. I called my credit card company and they reversed the charge.

A month later , I received another charge from some company called Fit Fac.Com for $29.95 that I had not authorized. I called and had this charge reversed as well after not being able to contact them. I continued trying to contact the company and finally reached someone by the name of LENY at 1 866 407 1022. I told her that they were charging my account unauthorized and that I had not received anything from them. She stated that this was a companion companion with Acaiberry and that although I had cancelled with Extreme Acaiberry that there was no cancellation made with them. I stated that I was not responsible for the agreement that they had with the other company and that I did not want any more unauthorized charges made to my account. She claimed that all of their supervisors were unavailable and that one would return my call within twenty fours which I knew was a total fabrication since they are a SCAM company. I also told her that I was filing a report with the Federal Trade Commission which I have.

After investigating, there are a lot of others who are being scammed with this internet offer and being charged with a variety of different amounts. Everyone needs to notify their banks, credit card companies, local authorities, Federal trade commission and their Internet Servers. This is a SCAM that needs to be stopped as it is causing legitimate internet companies to be hurt. It is deplorable when these type of Scam artists are allowed to continue to prey on so many people!
