There is a young man in his late 20's or early 30's, with dark features running around Kingman, AZ driving a White, 2500 pick up truck, offering business owners the opportunity to re-seal, repair and re-stripe thier parking lots at a discounted rate, allegedly "due to overages of supplies from another job" they just completed in the area. He creates a sense of urgency by stating that the nature of the product must be used quickly, or it will go bad. If you ask him for a bid, he returns with another young, very thin dark featured man, who has a formal written proposal form, which is from the Extreme Paving and Sealcoating company in Bullhead City, AZ. They will ask for a deposit of $350.00. After rendering a check payable to the company, it is handed back, requesting that the check be made payable to "Marie Mitchell", as they are conducting the job after hours, on their own time. As soon as they leave your parking lot, they go straight to the bank and cash your check. When you call the number on the proposal, the phone is answered "hello", but a man confirms that you have reached the Extreme Paving company, and confirms the job, and what will be done that day. There is another older man who shows up the next day, offering other construction services. His name is Pete Lee. A heavy set dark skinned man, who will promise to take installment payments for his work. The work they do is a complete joke, and the wrong materials are used. Beware.
