Both companies are the same, owned by Robert Williams. I ordered a Dale Jr. car May 23rd and by early July, when others were being shipped, I contacted them and was told they didn't receive their allotment. He wasn't planning on telling me either. I was allowed to order something else of the same value, with both cars being due in early September.

After I was told I could not have the Camo car I began to do some research. What I found scared me. I have since discovered so many things about this company. The Better Business Bureau is well aware of him, saying they have had complaints for the past 36 months and he is not a member and he will never acknowledge their complaints from consumers.

I filed a complaint with the attoryney general of Tenn, consumer advocate division, and haven't heard back yet. I got in contact with my card company and they are currently working with me but it isn't an easy task like I was told by Mr. Williams.

Once he has your money for a pre-order, he knows it will be hard for you to get a refund from your card company. He will not refund you using an excuse that his card processing company has been changed and the new one won't allow him to do refunds. He has NOT filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy nor is he operating under it. He is a thief, a scam artist, a liar, a cheat and many other adjectives unworthy to print here. I don't know how he has gotten away with his scams this long. Three years and maybe more! He has got to be stopped and put out of business.
