Ordered a red Mosquito Scooter, carrying bag and seat through web site using a credit card on Nov 19, 2005. We were e-mailed that they no longer accepted credit cards and we had to mail a check. We did so immediately. They acknowledged our order and refered to it as Order #68.31.188.95-1132425661719.
On Dec 5, 2005 they e-mailed saying There has been a delay in the invetory coming to the wearhouse,
However, will ship this end of week to you from Salt Lake City, UT. This message came from John Eline at the warehouse.
On Dec 15th John again responded to our e mail saying It was shipped to the home address in MI and it was incorrect because it was supposed to go to the FL Address, and they had the MI Zip code. In any case they are checking on the delivery for me.
I was able to speak to Dave on his cell phone on the 19th and he was to advise John at the warehouse to give us shipping information. After repeated calls and e-mails we have heard nothing from them. I hope this will prompt them to get the scooter to us asap.

Matter settled after 10 months

We finally received the scooter, a Hawk, sometime in late February, 2006. When the scooter arrived it was not the one we ordered, it did not have a seat and there was no cover which we paid for in advance.
We accepted the scooter because we knew it would be useless to send it back. For 7 months after numerous e-mails and phone calls we finally received the seat from Apache Motors out of Utah.
It took sure determination to get this product as complete as possible. If this is how they do business on a regular basis, I can't see them staying in business very long.
