Eye Deal Vision of Main Rd in Vineland, New Jersey

 In need of new glasses, I made an appointment with Eyedeal as choose a pair of frames. The Eye Dr was very nice. Workers I thought were helpful. I have been wearing glasses since the age of 18 for reading, my glasses usually last 4 years. As I'm always laggy in that area. I noticed every place I have dealt with they Always call when your glasses are ready to be picked up. However, this place doesn't call you and they have your phone number.. now I cal, them to find they are there. Ok. I notice, several things different. First always when picking up glasses you are sat down, and they make sure the glasses fit you and always make sure if needed adjustments. This place doesn't do that! I had my insurance card because I had left it home the last time. The worker pretends to be calling the insurance company when I had the former appointment. Then claimed I did not have insurance, with that company, as well as blurted out my as number in full! I have never had this ever they usually say your last 4 digits! Again very unprofessional while others are in there for exams waiting! Then they want me to rush out. I returned the glasses were different on the sides. She got on the phone and pretended to order another pair. Now the glasses are broken told they never ordered the other pair. I was told they are gauranteed. Why they try to find a frame to put my lens in. Sound like a gaurantee? Then advise me to buy a new pair of glasses and I pay for them with my insurance? So I'm stuck with glasses that are broken in less then 2 months! Wal Mart''s glasses me 4 years! They weren't the best frames but they do back up there word. So at this rate I guess that's what it is. I'm out of work, no job unemployed and I need yet another pair of glasses. Gaurantee to me isn't like you but a car and you leave but the door falls off down the road, you go back. But the dealer says he will order you another car, but he doesn't. Should you drive the car without a door? Or better yet he pulls out another car he has picked for you, it's 5 years old, and it's not what you wanted or ordered is that your gaurantee, not even the same brand.

I'm sick of rip offs. I'm on a budget bought tires from a mechanic that don't believe in cheap parts. I say ok I need tires, they are dropped off. I stated I needed the 50,000 mile tires. Told o have them. Because they always last me 3-4 years! However, in 6 months mind you I had my first blow out, then another 1, 3 days later! I'm told those 80. Tires I bought new, are the cheapest tires around as they are bald! So I just paid 360. For tires that are known cheap tires that I bought new! So there the car sits!! Cause I don't have the money to buy a new set of tires! So stay with the places you know back up there products!! Like the Eye Dr your already with and how he does things, as well as only Sears for tires. I know the economy is bad! But they don't have to rip people off with 1.00 bubble gum machine products and put a dollar amount on it. If I wanted cheap I would have went to the dollar Tree Store. Where if something happens I only lost a buck. Matter of fact they have lasted, far longer then just days, or a month. So these frames are just that--- that cheap. To be told they are Gems, by Eyedeal Vision. I think this business is a Gem--- of a bubble gum candy machine, I have had Brillo pads for scrubbing that lasted longer and what's that a 25 cents in the box.
