I ordered varifocal sunglasses fromthis company in May 2010 so that I would get them in time for my holiday in August. They did not arrive in time despite numerous phone calls and emails.
Eventually they came in September, but they were not my prescription at all, I couldn't see a thing through them. I sent them back and the company said they checked them and they were my prescription.
After many emails and phone calls, they agreed to send them them back to me so that I could have them assessed by an independant optician.
They have never been returned to me and neither has my money. It has now been 7 months.
I have since read many other complaints about them on the Internet.
