 I placed an order for designer Gucci frames and I found it odd that the amount due wasn't immediately deducted from my account. I attempted to contact the company by the phone number provided at the top of the website only to find out that it wasn't a working number. After doing research I found out through various others who attempted to order from the website that they're payments were processed but merchandise was never received. I got an email saying that my order had been processed and my products would be shipped out and a tracking number would be given to me once done so. My order was "shipped" but I never received a tracking number. When I attempted to email the company I noticed there was a different email address other than the one listed on the website sales@opticsfast.com as well as a different web name and phone number http://www.opticsfast.com/ (866) 216-3478. I feel like a fool for be bamboozled out of $274.94 for a pair of eyeglasses. It makes me not want to shop online at all anymore out of fear of being ripped off again.
