EZ Auto Rentals-Rent to Own ,Kraig and Mercedes, et. al,_ EZ Auto Rentals to Own gave me the most scary ride of my life! Hallandale Florida

 With EZ Van Rental you could lose $5,000 or more, and a lot of valuable time as well as get hurt in traffic due to vehicle remote manipulation. That's for starters!

First let me start by saying never once have i ever cursed at a client....this is Mercedes writing this.....their is always going to be that one bad client that reports false statements....everything that this person has written is false.....all of our clients know what they get into before hand.....everything is written in the rental agreement that we encourage clients to read thourouly......this sound like Eugene and if it is then you should be honest and write the facts.....tell these people how you were always late on your payments tell these people how you would take pictures of documents and your rental agreement that we would actually give to you for your records.....your job was to make your payments on time and come in every 3 weeks so we can check the vehicle and also give you your updated rental agreement......when you did come in you would be so behind and you would want copies of the rental aggrement which was already voided and not up to date...so we would always give you your up to date rental agreement......i deal with over 200 people a week and this client was just a really bad apple.....he came in here with no down payment only a deposit of 100.00 on a debit card he had his own insurance so his payments were only 175 a week after taxes the program is supposed to be for only 14 weeks at which point you go into a lease which we could not offer to the client because of his consistancy of being late all the time......and just to let everyone know all cars that are rented, leased have a gps tracker...how do you think companies get their vehicles back when people like Eugene here dont pay......we have so many clients we dont have time to sit here and track every client and see where their at so the comment you made about us knowing where your at at every moment is not true....also you say to ask for how many people out of 100 are owning the car after RENTING for a year....none because the rental period is only 14 weeks then we put you on a lease like every other company does which is only between 7 months to a year and a half...and to answer your question 95% of my clients complete the program the other 5% is either like you they didnt pay on time or they were just doing a short term rentals and on vacation......80% of our clients are previous clients that have already rented with us before and left on good terms and they got their money together again and came back....the others again are from other countries...i have regular clients from canada, columbia, new york and other places that i can show proof of how many times they have rented with us and continue to rent with us.....so why dont you show all these people that your lying to proof of where you paid on time and were such a great client....if anyone comes in i can show proof i can back my claim up....i cant say this person can because they obviously didnt pay on time and had to be repo so hes upset because he didnt follow the program and was left walking in front of a book store where he was trying to sell his books with his wife and dog.....

who ever is reading this please understand that at the end of the day we do try to help people own these cars and yes we can show you proof of people doing the program....we have several people that have been really great clients pay on time and do the full program.....its clients like this that make it bad for everyone......for this person to slander us and write things that are not true just to make themselfs look like a victim is wrong......this client was about 6 days past due before we even repo his car.....oh and by the way you still owe us 250.00 for trashing our vehicle....the vehicle had brand new leather interior which was ruined due to the fact that this client was sleeeping in our vehicle...theirs was holes in the seats....ashes and dirt all over the truck and not to mention over 100 books that he was trying to sell at the flea market and at book stores....the truck was completly trashed and guess who had to repair the truck....we did.......not this client slandering us and telling lies......i can pull up his agreement and you can see for yourself how many times this client was late....late payments and trashing our vehicle will not get you owning the vehicle....this is a last chance program for people with bad credit no down payment no paystubs required type of company...all we expect is that you pay your payments on time, come in once every 3 weeks so we can maintain the vehicle and we can give you your updated agreement, and not trash our vehicles.......also we dont give anyone vehicles that have issues why would we if we repair all the mechanical issues and pay for it ourselfs...that would be really stupid to do....i give you a vehicle with issues so the issue gets worse and then we have bigger issues that now cost us more money....come on really...be smart you know we pay for all the issues the vehicle may have at NO CHARGE TO THE CLIENT....

you can say all you want but you were the bad apple in this situaion....not us....you put yourself in the situation to get repo....oh and about the running your card without your permission....if your 5 days past due havent called to tell us whats going on then what do you expect to happen....its like if you dont pay your light what happens it gets shut off....if you dont pay your rent what happens you get evicted (which thats problably why you were sleeping in the car and it was trashed)....next time be sure to be honest and tell the whole truth...you would have owned that truck had you paid your payments on time....and this thing with all the maintance we take care of the maintance and we gave you credit if you did have to purchase something to fix the vehicle if it was after hours....you were the one who didnt come when your were supposed to so we could check that everything was ok....dont you remember all  your excuses you gave us for not coming in every 3 weeks oh i was sick oh i have to work late oh i had other plans.....come on start being honest tell the truth.....i never cursed at you not even at the end of everything....i had to tell you i was going to call the cops because of your behavior and i was scared of you at that point....bur were the bad ones right.....stop slandering us or i will sue you for lying......you were the worst costomer ever....taking pictures of the agreements when we would give it to you taking pictures of your credit card reciepts when you would sign it and we would give you a copy...you were just crazy all together.....please come see us and pay the balance that you owe...and stop telling lies that you cant back up...because everyone that comes in will see that i can back up everything that i have wriiten on here and they will see how you lie....
