Ez Grant Source anauthorized charge on my credit card for 59 dollars, and fake e-mail and address Orem Utah

I tried getting a hold of a representative 6 days after i signed up for the government grant kid and left a message trying to cancel my subscription due to a 59 dollar unauthorized pending transation on my bank accout. i didn't revieve a call back until after i received the cd in the mail, which wasn't until 9 days after i enicially signed up for it, in which case i found out that the grant kit is very out of date and unhelpful.

today i spoke to someone in the customer service department who gave me my cancelation canfirmation number which is 022-309-306-1799. however she said that i would not be able to get my money back unless i e-mailed a letter requesting that i be refunded. so i did, and the e-mail address didn't exist.
