EZ Grant Source Posted charge during 10 day free trial period Orem Utah

I called to cancel membership and kept getting wrong number.I was told numbers are getting crossed by someone that could not speak english very good.I did enroll [stupid] for a cd that would only cost $3.95 shipping charges.I did this on Monday Feb.9th.You are told on website you have 10 days to cancel membership before monthly charges occur.

After not getting through on phone I e-mailed the website on Feb.19th to cancel.I thought this would cancel membership before charges occurred.I just recieved my credit card statement and besides the $3.95 charge which posted on Feb.13th they put a transaction of $59.69 on Feb.17th which posted on Feb.19th.This is clearly within the 10 days free trial period.I did recieve an e-mail back confirming my cancellation.I am going to dispute the charge.Any help?.
