EZ Pass Of NJ Keeps sending me VIOLATIONS!! I do not go thru EZ PASS! ever! Newark New Jersey

I never go thru EZ Pass lanes but for some UNKNOWN reason I keep receiving violations. Two of these violations I remember clearly going thru this side exit toll booth for 50 cents. And we all know the exit toll booths are only 50 cents! And you HAVE TO SLOW DOWN going thru them. The ONLY exact change lane was closed and some employee (woman) was standing there telling us to keep going through the CLOSED lane. I figured something was wrong with the lane. What do I know??? Next thing I know I start receiving violations! I even said to this woman the 2nd time it happened that I received a violation for going thru the exact change lane while it was closed and her exact words was "don't worry about it".

I called EZ Pass to explain this to them and all the woman on the phone did was give me a hard time and then told me I went thru the EZ pass lane at 63 miles per hour! How on Earth is that possible??? You have to slow down through these particular toll booths. There is no way I could have went around that curb on the exit at 63 miles per hour. I would have crashed us all! I think EZ pass is a scam and someone knows something and is doing nothing about it. I will not pay any of these violations! If I did wrong, I would admit it but why would I want to keep going to EZ Pass knowing I would receive a violation? So I just LOVE paying fines huh? I'm rich like that??? I don't think so!!
