EZSVER RW Encore Marketing International Proflowers.com, Provide Commerce CA & EZSVER RW PA AKA known as Encore Marketing International San Diego California

I ordered some flowers through Proflowers.com to be delivered to a relative seriously ill in the hospital. Now a month later I recieved my account statement and find an erroneous charge of $14.95 form someone called; EZSVER RW ID052290713 800-355-1837 PA.

When I didn't recognized the charge I Googled the information and was directed to RipOffReport and discovered this some sort of ripoff criminal organization.

Although Proflowers denies any association with EXSAVER they either are or have employees associated with them in order for them to gain access to my credit card account.

I have already started the dispute process to reverse these charges. I am also in the process in contacting the Oregon Attormey General to eventually ban Proflowers for conducting business in Oregon.
