I went to Fabulous used car on 2/14/2014 and was sold a 2005 ford focus 4 door blue with 229209 mileage
the car was up for 4500 but was sold to me for 3500 the car was running good that day then come 2/16/2014
my car stared jerking when i put it in drive and it takes 10 second to go in gear so i went to 3 autozone
And was told that its my transmission then i went to a shop and paid 50 dollor for them to check to see if
its my transmission and i was also told its my transmission so i went back to fabulous used car to let them know
and to give me a car are my money back so he drive the car around and said its nothing wrong with it so my dad
Calld him and the man told my dad that he will pay help me pay for it so i went back to his shop and was told that he could not do anythang for me the car was sold as is with out a warranty and that i need to leave his place
so i am comeing to you all for help i am hurt its like i gave him 3500 dollor he used me and rip me off please help me
