On 10/04/06 I apparently gave credit card info to purchase a 4000 watt gasoline powered standby power generator from their website. The website stated that they were temporarily out of stock. Thus I figured that if they ever received more units they would then charge my credit card at that time. I never received a unit and kind of forgot about my credit card. Did not catch it on my bank statement until after 30 days and then my credit card company would no longer look into the matter.
They charged $389.91 to my credit card and I received nothing. THIS IS STEALING FROM ME AND IS FRAUD!!!
I tried calling them numerous times(my nickel)and only caught them a few times (4 times). Each time they say they will look into it further but never any feedback. The one person that always answers the phone (Christine) tells me she can find no record that I ever purchased anything from them.
I faxed them a copy of my bank statement and so far nothing. I can't seem to reach them anymore. Perhaps they have put a stop on my phone number?
