Fairfield Glade Community Club Homeowners Association threat to retirees Lot purchased at 23,000. has done nothing but decrease in value, yet Homeowners Association continues to demand fees. Have been trying to sell for years dropped price to 1/4 of what we paid and still cannot sell with realtor listing over 5 years. Now HOA is going to just take it for nothing. Fairfield Glade Homeowners' Association demanding they get there dues after couple months of nonpayment.  It is not enough they are putting a lien on the property they want it turned over free of charge.  The lot was purchased for $23,000.  in 2006.  It has been listed with Realty companies since 2012.  The price is down to 6,000. and not one interested person.

We have paid dues of over $540 every year since owning, except the last couple of months since health issues took precedence.  11 years almost $6,000. in fees for nothing!  Now the lot isn't even worth that much and they can't buy us out, they want us to turn the property over.  TAxES are only $59. a year!  Shame on Attorney General for not protecting the retired citizen getting ripped off in his state.
