family handyman magazine family handyman magazine wants me to pay for book I did to order All I have is a phone number Nationwide

I ordered the family handyman magazine for girl scout fundraiser. They sent me a book I did not order and don't want to pay for. I have called them 4 times in the last 2 months for a free shipping label to send it back. Each time I called, they told me they would send me a free shipping label. The first call was on oct. 14, 2014. Here it is dec.7, 2014, and still no free shipping. I have gone to the post office in the past for mail rip offs. You will appreciate the humor of the first time.  Time Magazine called my 3 year old son and sent him a 5 year subscription of time magazine for 580$. When I called to complain, they said I had to pay for it. I went to the post office and explained my situation. When they stopped laughing, they said no problem, we'll take care of it. From surfing the web, many other people have also recieved free magazines from the family handyman, which they were charged for. I have not gone to the post office yet. I very patient and very stubborn. If I don't receive a free shipping label soon, I'm off to the post office. Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you Terri Reissman
