     I started in july of 2013.  Ive never once cashed out ive continued to support their cause in hopes that eventually i could make a profit so i posted made ads boosted categorized ads and shared and participated fully in this company who promises hope for a better world in the democratic social economy with their mobile data consumer bill of rights micro pay system. I was certainly sold on it.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      now its been almost 3 years my balance is at 13,035.91.  their say i owe ipl fees late fees processing fees and outstanding fees which all are more than the actual service itself. thats fine take what i owe out of my balance then cash me out but they wont.
