Exactly what part is completely false? David has only confirmed what I have said. Instead of indicating what he believes to be false and offering evidence of it, he simply tries to discredit me, He does this because what I said is true and he has no other recourse but to discredit me.

1)David Foster says I took his site down:
-In my report I say I took his site down, for non payment, I freely admitted that. He is just confirming what I said.

2)David says my name is Brett, It certainly is, and Jeremy is my work partner. And yes I did get in trouble with VWorker for working with someone else. Didn't know I was not allowed to, I have since moved to Elance where you are permitted to work regesture and work as a team, while VWorker has since gone out of business for there silly practices against there workers. As I said David met me and Jeremy both on Elance. He knew we were work partners. He simply attempts to discredit me through half truths because he has no real rebuttal as to what I have said.

4)David says I could have quite at any time. I indicated in my report that I did quit. It was when I quit that he refused to pay me my last weeks pay. He does not deny this since it is true.

5) It turned out David did pay me something for my work. Here is a quite from the email he sent me:

"OK
just wanted to let you know that we finally had a decent week of sales,
so I am able to cover the expenses and decided, even though you took
our sites down and cost us time, money and stress, and had nothing to
show for the 5 days you say you are not being paid for as far as
production, that I would pay you anyway"

He is saying that what I have reported is completely false. But right here in this email he admits he never paid me for my last week of work. Which is what the report is all about. David Foster is a chronic liar. Unfortunately his lies are easily dis proven.

6) David says I copied his sites functionality, that is true, and when I worked for him he told me to copy North Social. So we are both copies. This is actually a very common practice to copy and improve on an existing site. ie. Facebook copied MySpace, many local sites copy Ebay, when I worked for him we copied and improved on North Social, and when I went on my own I copied and improved on Fan Page Engine.

This is a completely false report, and I would be willing to send anyone all the chat transcripts I have from conversations I have had with this person. His name is Brett Rutecky also known as Jeremy Collins and Gary Marshall. He is delusional and took our complete site down because he felt he was owed money, which he was not. I then had to hire a real developer to go in and try to figure out why all of our apps were not working, and finally after talking to him for awhile he admitted it was him who took them down.

He then created apps at FirstSocialApps.com where he completely ripped off our design. EVen the functionality is the same, and his dashboard as well functions the same. So he cannot create his own products.

He has no claim on us whatsoever and I cannot believe I am actually put in a position to defend myself and my company when I was nothing but good to this person, who claims I had him working in horrible conditions however this person was an independent contractor, and could have stopped working with me at anytime they wanted. Turns out I paid a lot of money for junk...junk that I have had to have completely rebuilt from scratch.

So I am the one that should be filing a report, and not for being ripped off, but to warn others not to trust this scam artist to do any work for them. You can search Brett Rutecky. Here is an article where he was working under a false name...and he still does to this day.

So that is all. We are a solid company and have a lot of integrity and our customers will attest to that. It is people like Brett who mess things up. This guy will never have true success if he continues to screw people over this way and pretend to be their friend.
