Fantastic Sams - Henderson Murray Kellman Horrible Stylists and REALLY Horrible Management Henderson Nevada

Horrible service at Fantastic Sam's!  

I decided to try a Fantastic Sam's because I received a coupon.  WORST mistake of my life!  I'd never been to a Fantastic Sam's before, but all I wanted was a trim of 4-5" off the ends, so what could go wrong, right?  LOL!!!!

The woman combed my hair and then took a swipe with her scissors and that was that!  I remained calm while I watched 12" of my hair fall to the ground, thinking there was nothing I could do about it now.....so I just hoped for the best.  Oh, and she told me that the coupon wasn't good for me 'cuz my hair was too long and thick.  I didn't want a style - I just wanted a trim.

But she didn't even get the ends close to even - she basically "chopped" it off.  It looks like I tried to give myself a haircut, it's so uneven!

Called the Salon later to ask who it was that cut my hair, they gave me a name.  They also told me to call Murray the next day 'cuz he was the manager.  I called Murray, who PRETENDED to give a d**n, but who kept telling me that there was NO way that it could have been the woman who's name I gave because she'd been with him for so long.  I kept telling Murray that I didn't actually know the woman's name, but that I'd called the Salon previously and they provided me the name of the woman working on that side of the Salon while I was there.

Murray also PRETENDED to be interested in making this "right."  He told me to call his other Fantastic Sams and speak with Lisa.  I told him I'd call Lisa that coming Saturday 'cuz I was busy with work throughout the week (I work 10-12 hour days a lot).  

Saturday comes.  I call Lisa, who says she knows nothing about this situation.  She asks to call me back.  Instead, she has Murray return my call.  Murray Kellman, who does nothing know but scream at me, saying that I'd lied to him because the woman who cut my hair was someone different and because I'd waited so long to call Lisa.  Well, it's that something!  Murray Kellman apparently needs a hearing aid or vitamins for his memory 'cuz I told him (1) I didn't actually know the woman's name who cut my hair, but that the people at that location told me that the woman who was working on that side of the room was the person whose name I gave him; and (2) I wouldn't be calling Lisa until the weekend.  Well, Saturday IS the weekend!!!  

What a HORRIBLE listener, business manager and individual this man is for having yelled the way he did and for having PRETENDED to care about his customers!  

Bottom line:  you get what you pay for!!  BEWARE of Fantastic Sams!!!!!!!  And MURRAY KELLMAN!!
